Christmas in July - VENDORS

We are now accepting applications for vendors* for

this event (date+location to be revealed ASAP).

Applicants will be notified once when their application

is received and again when the vendors have been

selected. Only one vendor PER type of work/product

will be selected for this event. 

*vendor: person selling crafts and/or other handmade goods, offering professional services, who is an independent consultants for larger companies, owner of any NON franchised business.

FOR SELECTED VENDORS:
All vendors will be expected to supply their own displays and table.  
Each vendor must fit inside their designated space.

there is a $100* non-refundable vendor fee:


to reserve your space, this fee must be paid either cash, check or paypal - to HomePartiesLife - within 48 hours of being accepted. All vendors will be selected by June 12, 2012.    If not received, space will be offered to runner up. 
This fee will be applied toward the cost of the event and publicity. 
Upon receipt of vendor fee - you will be immediately added to our vendor page, and all marketing material from that day forward. Vendors will receive 12 tickets {suggest donation $10} to use toward recovering vendor fee, to hand out to guests or to collect funds for a charity of your choice.

This event will have a fb event,

local print media articles, 
and more! Dance recital programs, etc

 MASS CUSTOMER BASE
Hundreds of admissions will be sold by local non-profits and families all over the county.

Our goal is to be able to offer 100% of admission donations to the non-profit selling the tickets! 

 PROFESSIONAL MARKETING MATERIALS FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS
This fee also will cover a professional mini photo session - 15 minutes. Come prepared with three of your most important items - that show a range of what you do/offer and we will use the photos in all advertising and give you access to the proofs! 

PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT

A private fb group for all vendors so you may interact with and inspire + help each other design your displays... etc

PLUS two event coordinator's to help the night run smoothly.

 IN ADDITION TO THE VENDOR FEE,
We also ask that EACH VENDOR DONATE*:

one prize of any monetary value to be used as a door prize. 

AND

one prize (no purchase required) to raffle away that night from your own table - you may ask for people to join your email list/newsletter , etc for an entry or buy additional entries for a cost, but all woman must receive ONE entry for free*.

one free trial coupon, free samples/item or a MAKE and TAKE craft*



*Optional :: There will be prizes awarded to vendors who go above and beyond to help make this event a success, for the benefiting non-profits, the consumers and for themselves and each other.

Each vendor is responsible for their own sales, monies, orders and deliveries, etc. The coordinators of this event and the non-profit beneficiaries are not responsible for any transactions made during this event or their outcome. 

How you package your orders if they are cash and carry !
